Egmond Double Neck 1961

This guitar was specially designed for Cees Dingen. He is a Dutch guitarist who played with his band Cees and his Skyliners and Dutch singer John Lamers. Cees was a very good player and always put his guitar on his knees when he played a solo. Egmond also produced some of the Double Necks. They are very hard to find. This one is in a very good playable condition and was recently restaured by Aart Noest from Vlissingen ( www.artnos.nl ). As you can see the instrument has a 6 string and a manoline neck. The head is covered with the old Egmond logo in perloid and has a red sunburst colour ( craqueled because of it's age) a colour that was used by Egmond a.o. for their very first electric guitars, banjo's and
